Restore version
Overview
Restores an older dataset family version: the contents of the selected version become a new dataset version, which is now the latest in the family. The dataset history stays linear, because the restore itself is a new version rather than an in-place rollback.

FAQ
Does restoring change the source dataset?
No. It creates a new dataset from the version and leaves the source dataset as it is.
Where do the version numbers come from?
From the Create version node, which returns a version number each time it snapshots a dataset.
Why did restore fail or return an incomplete dataset?
A version stores references to assets, not copies. Restore works only while those assets still exist in OvalBee.
